Larry Louis Hathaway

Larry Louis Hathaway, 69, of Groves passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. He was born on April 29, 1943 in Port Arthur to the late George Francis Hathaway and Rita Perron Hathaway. He was a retired lab technician at TexacoHuntsman for over 30 years. Larry served in the National Guard Reserves and was a Deacon at First Baptist Church in Nederland.Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church in Nederland on Monday, August 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Melancons Funeral Home in Nederland beginning at 3:00 p.m. The family will be present from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.Larry is survived by his wife, Carolyn Hathaway of Groves son, David and wife, Jadene Hathaway of Nederland grandchildren, Morgan and Ryland Hathaway of Nederland brother, Henry Hathaway of Pinewood and sister, Mary Conn of Port Acres.
