She was born in Vermilion Parish, LA, to the late Fred and Edith Hartner on October 27, 1928.Irene is survived by sister, Faye Langlinais of Nederland son, Roger Segura and wife Jan of Blanchard, OK daughters, Debbie Toney of Port Arthur, Marilyn Segura of League City and Linda Nichols and husband Kevin of League City. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren sistersinlaw, Elva Hawkins and Lea Wills. Irene is preceded by sisters, Juanita Wolfford and Sue Swearingen husbands, PeeWee Segura, Marcus Martin and Sheb Hawkins.Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at Melancon39s Funeral Home, 1605 Avenue H, in Nederland with Deacon Dallas Broussard officiating. A Rosary will be prayed at 1:00 p.m. prior to the funeral. Internment will to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
