Randall Paul Bailey

After a valiant fight against cancer, Randy Randall Paul Bailey died September 30, 2012. He is preceded in death by his dear thin friend companion, Lori Boyer beloved grandfather Buster Simmons his father, Jack E. Bailey his sister, Denise Bailey Hoffpauir and mother of his children, Susan Thompson Bailey.He is survived by his grandmother, Clarice Simmons his mother, Paula Moye and stepfather, Don Moye his stepmother, Phyllis Bailey his sister, Bonnie Carlisle and her husband, Ernie his stepsister, Lisa Knight and her husband, Craig his daughters, Sarah Hardin and her husband, Ronnie, Abby Funnell and husband, Luke his son, Randall Paul Estess his grandchildren, Emma and Annie Hardin his beloved friend Billy I LOVE YOU MAN Sanders and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends too numerous to list who loved and supported him all his life.He grew up in Groves and MidCounty and was a brick and stone mason and an all around Jack of all trades. He spent the last years of his life on Cow Creek enjoying fishing and all things outdoors.He spent the last months of his life at Oak Grove Nursing Home which he jokingly called the sanitarium where he received amazing, tender, loving care from staff and residents alike especially Best Bud Lori.A memorial service will be held at Melancons Funeral Home, 1605 Avenue H in Nederland on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 3:00 p.m., Rev. Mark Gibson and Rev. Clifton Rankin officiating. Following the service, the family will receive friends at the Groves Knights of Columbus Hall, 3749 Lincoln Avenue, Groves, Texas 77619.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Oak Grove Nursing Home, 6230 Warren, Groves, Texas 77619.
