Timothy Falgout

Timothy Falgout, 71, of Nederland, Texas passed away January 2, 2014 at the Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. He was born in Port Arthur, Texas on February 4, 1942 to the late Lynnwood and Emily Lucille LeBlanc Falgout.
Tim graduated from Port Neches-Groves High School in 1960 where he was a proud member of the PN-G Indians football team and then went on to play football at North Texas. He was in the Army National Guard Reserves. Tim was a Dallas Police officer for 18 years and worked for criminal justice systems for 18 years. After chasing “the bad guys” for forty years, Tim retired in 2010.
Funeral services will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Mark Urquhart officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 5, 2014.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Lola Urquhart Falgout of Nederland; son, John Cuellar of Mineola; daughter, Angela Cuellar of Nederland; sister, Barbara Garry of Beaumont; brother, Kermit Falgout of Alvin; and grandchildren, Madison and Corbin Cuellar of De Soto, Missouri, and Presley Small of Nederland.
