Terry Paul Thibodeaux, 77, of Nederland, Texas passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022. Terry was born on January 30, 1945, in Port Arthur to Louis Thibodeaux and Julia Patterson.
Terry served in the United States Air Force for 8 years. After completing his service, he went to work for Southwestern Bell where he retired. Terry loved sailing, fishing, and going to his camp in Woodville.
Survivors include his daughters, Gretchen VanDerdoes and her husband Arthur, Kim Terrell and her husband Tad; his son, Brian Thibodeaux and his wife Kim; his grandchildren, Brittney Nelson, Chris Nelson, Kamryn VanDerdoes, Kane VanDerdoes, Hunter Terrell, Hayden Terrell, Hallie Terrell, Erika Thibodeaux, Blake Ashworth, and Ashley Ashworth; his eight great-grandchildren; his brother, Windsor Patterson; and his sisters, Stephanie Golman and Dorothy Patterson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dedria Kay Thibodeaux; his brothers, Gordon Thibodeaux, Wayne Thibodeaux, Henry Patterson, and Roy Patterson.
The family will have a private service to celebrate the life of Terry at a later date.
